The Medallion 2000 Sunroom comes with an exclusive 10-year warranty on the enclosure, plus a LIFETIME WARRANTY against glass breakage and prolonged internal fogging on the standard insulated and tempered safety glass sliding windows.

Choose the white-on-white embossed aluminum insulated panel or a smooth textured vinyl finish panel to complement your home. The factory assembled structural components are constructed from strong 6063 t5 aluminum alloy and have a baked-on enamel finish that never needs painting. Each room comes standard with a 36" x 80" 3/4 insulated, aluminum 1 1/4" full view door with solid brass hardware and keyed deadbolt (inswing or outswing).

The 2-inch-thick insulated wall panel provides an R-8.5 thermal rating. Add the 3-inch-thick insulated roofing system, featuring an R-13 thermal rating, and the combination provides many years of sunroom enjoyment.

Each window opening in the Medallion 2000 Sunroom is a full 5 feet high for maximum visibility and fully screened with quality Phifer (fiberglass) screening. The aluminum series 1900 sure-track sliding windows feature double pane insulated and tempered safety glass. Each sash can be easily removed for cleaning or for a full screen effect.

The insulated walls, roof, and windows in the Medallion 2000 Sunroom are designed to provide both energy savings and maximum enjoyment by keeping the sunroom both cooler in the summer and warmer in the fall and spring and are virtually maintenance-free.

The Ultra View Sunroom

We would now like to introduce you to the Ultra View sunroom; it is "the ultimate in sunroom living" and is the most popular sunroom as well. The Ultra View Sunroom comes with an exclusive 10 years warranty on the enclosure, plus a lifetime warranty against glass breakage and prolonged internal fogging on the standard insulated and tempered safety glass sliding windows.

Choose the white-on-white embossed aluminum insulated panel or a smooth textured vinyl finish panel to complement your home. The all-welded vinyl horizontal sliding glass windows are constructed from the highest quality resin and are engineered to last a lifetime.

Each room comes standard with a 36"x 80", deluxe 3/4 insulated, aluminum 1 1/4" Full view door with solid brass hardware and keyed deadbolt (in swinging or out swinging).

Roof System

Thermal View Sunrooms feature a 3-ply 3” or 4” thick insulated Tongue & Groove roof panel system where there is not an existing roof. The panels are laminated with white or tan .032-gauge stucco embossed aluminum skin that is painted with an EnergyStar qualified texture polyester paint that is energy efficient and long lasting. Extruded aluminum gutter system is available in white or tan color.

The laminated Wall and Roof Panels will be free of defects and are warranted against cracking, crazing, chipping, peeling, blistering, rusting or delamination for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase. The 20-year manufacture warranty this system offers is superior to the 10-year manufacturer warranty most competitors offer.
